Burn calories in a fun, high-flying, instructor led round of Air-obics!

Trampoline techniques include Bouncing, Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, V Jumps, and Power Knees.  We'll spice it up by adding floor exercises to include Push-Ups, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and so much more!

Class times are:




7:00pm - 7:45pm


You may participate in trampoline socks.


Drop-In: $10 per visit
Kids Jump: $5 per visit
Pre-paid punch card: $80 - good for 10 Airobics sessions
